Jonathan Green has a passion for creating and collecting cross-cultural fine art representing the themes of work, love, belonging and spirituality. He is also committed to promoting cross cultural arts to be included in mainstream museums throughout the United States and Europe. “I consider art the essence of life. It has always been with us. Before there was any written language, the visual renderings of life on cave walls recorded our history and much of our daily existence.
I have always responded to and have striven to visually document the humble aspects of daily life with dignity in rural America. It is through the creation of art that I experience the greatest awareness of spirituality and a sense of purpose in my surroundings and environment.”
